Temporary workers are given a full briefing prior to commencing each assignment & regular contact is maintained throughout the placement to ensure a strong relationship is formed between all the parties.

Permanent recruitment
Our excellent relationships with both candidates and clients ensure that we maintain consistent success rates when matching jobs with suitable individuals. Candidates are interviewed, tested and vetted and particular attention is paid to motivation and career goals. We provide an agreed shortlist of matched CVs for each vacancy received. These are accompanied by detailed individual key qualities and comments observed through the one-to-one interview with the candidate.
Prior to client interviews, all candidates receive a full briefing on the company including details of the role, office environment and location so they are fully prepared for their interview.

Fixed term contracts
In addition to the temporary & permanent staff services, including limited contractors we can provide resources for fixed term periods for 3-6 and 12 month contracts. As before all the staff provided would be vetted prior to a placement or an assignment.
