We urgently require ‘Assistant Quantity Surveyor’ & ‘Quantity surveyors’ for an immediate start on a long term contract based in North London
Our client, a large local authority is urgently looking for a candidate with relevant experience in:
- Quantity Surveying representing local authorities
- Knowledge of project team compliance
- An understanding of service level agreements or commissioning
- Knowledge of planned maintenance & minor improvement works
Good organisational & communication skills must be demonstrated for this position.
Qualifications such as a degree or equivalent (MRICS) would be considered as highly advantageous. Perspective candidates must have own Transport and a minimum of 3yrs experience in a similar position.
