The individual would be working as a part of a small team, & would be expected to work on their own initiative. A minimum of 1 years experience is required in dealing with members of the public.
The postholder should possess strong numeracy & communication skills. In addition to this some knowledge of welfare/housing benefit system would be a clear advantage.
A Clean full driving license would be required for the successful candidate.
